BUILD AI Academy

A mission to train 300,000 Ghanaians in practical artificial intelligence.

Sovereign infrastructure starts with people who can run it. BUILD AI Academy teaches artificial intelligence as a working skill, not a theory course: how to use the tools, how to build with them, and how to turn them into work. It is the layer every other company in the group stands on.

02 / The systems layer B57

Mansco

A coldstore operation built on AI agents first, with people as the layer on top.

Mansco imports and distributes frozen protein through Tema port, and its entire operation runs on an AI-native platform the group built: container tracking, inventory, pricing, invoicing, payments, credit, dispatch and the daily cash position. Mansco is not a client or a pilot. It is where the systems layer is proven before it is offered to government or industry.

03 / The government layer B57

Poligence

Sovereign, AI-powered services and products for government.

Poligence is where B57 builds for the state: AI-powered services and products that run on infrastructure the government controls, trained on the country’s own languages, institutions and conversations. It began with real-time sentiment analysis across WhatsApp and Telegram during a national election, and it extends to the operations, insight and citizen-facing services a modern government needs.

Cactus Talent

Positioning Ghana as a global hub for AI-ready digital talent.

Skills become infrastructure when they are organised. Cactus Talent takes the people the Academy trains and puts them to work, in Ghana and for clients around the world, with the standards those clients expect. The talent stays on the continent. The value comes home.
