    We started from a blank sheet, not an org chart. Every function a coldstore needs was written down, then sorted into what an agent can run and where a person must decide.

    Build

    AI agents run the rails: container tracking and allocation, stock counts and inventory, pricing, invoices, payments and receivables, credit limits, dispatch, duty assessments, expenses and the daily cash position.
